Chia Pudding

This is easily my favorite healthy dessert.

Ingredients:

    • 1 frozen banana
    • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sunflower seed butter or your favorite nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

Directions:

Place all the ingredients expect for the chia seeds in a blender and process until well combined
Pour the mixture into a resealable bowl or large jar and stir in the chia seeds
Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes then shake/mix again. This will help keep the chia seeds from separating from the liquid.
Then place back in the fridge for at least 3+ hours or overnight
