Seated Upper Back Exercise At Desk
- An alternative exercise if no wall is available.
- Interlock fingers behind neck
- Place elbows on desk
- Let the upper back sink down towards floor as the elbows stay in position on desk
- You should feel this motion in your upper back and also on the underside of your upper arms and the outside of your shoulder blades. (Lats)
- If you have low back issues perform the seated upper back exercise instead of this exercise
