Seated upper back exercise at desk

• An alternative exercise if no wall is available.
• Interlock fingers behind neck
• Place elbows on desk
• Let the upper back sink down towards floor as the elbows stay in position on desk
• You should feel this motion in your upper back and also on the underside of your upper arms and the outside of your shoulder blades. (Lats)
• If you have low back issues perform the seated upper back exercise instead of this exercise
